Parking Extra Cars
One designated parking spot is assigned to each unit. Street parking can become tricky in the summer so always read the signs posted as street sweeping takes place almost every weekday (except Wednesdays) and some areas are limited to 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 2 hours. Ticketing cars is a frequent occurrence here at the beach so be aware. There is a large parking lot very close by at the Mission Point Park. If you follow Mission Beach Blvd until it dead ends, turn left and continue into a large parking lot. This is a nice option for guests or extra vehicles but this area is locked between 10pm-4am, which is great for security but bad for late night in-and-outs. So warn guests to move their car before 10pm unless they are willing to stay until morning.

Carport Spot -
Take Mission Blvd south until it dead ends into the jetty, turn left, then take your first left, and another fist left (all 3 lefts are in a space of about 50 ft), our house is the first one on the right. You will see a carport to the right of the garage and a blue sign saying “RESERVED PARKING – 811 ½"

Garage Spot -
Take Mission Blvd south until it dead ends into the jetty, make a U-turn, then take your first right, then another first right down the small alley. Our house is the last one on the left, and there will be a blue sign saying “RESERVED PARKING – 811 Aspin Court” above the garage. The garage code is emailed to you in your welcome letter.

Garden Patio Spot -
Take Mission Blvd south until it dead ends into the jetty, turn left, then take your first left, and another fist left (all 3 lefts are in a space of about 50 ft), our house is the first one on the right. You will see a blue sign saying “RESERVED PARKING – 815 Aspin Court” in front of the garden patio, to the left of the garage. It is easiest to parallel park into the space.
