Please note we require a 4 night minimum for weekends (1 night minimum stay is fine for weekdays) unless there is a last minute vacancy. We have one week minimums, Saturday - Saturday, June 24 through August 19.  Thanksgiving and Winter Holidays are also one week minimums.

The bay, the ocean, and the jetty provide the best views in San Diego. This is a three-bedroom upper unit within a duplex featuring high ceilings, beautifully tiled flooring, and a spacious layout. This home is not your typical rental with bare walls and stiff sheets; it welcomes its visitors with all the luxuries and amenities of vacationing within their own home. The custom built details and personalized decorations create the feeling of luxury and comfort. The handcrafted kitchen contains top of the line appliances and beautiful granite counter tops and its open layout allows for easy entertainment for family and friends. The two full bathrooms are beautifully detailed with the master en suite bathroom housing a large glass shower, a whirlpool bathtub, and two large vanities with dual sinks. This home has three televisions with cable and Internet provided as well as DVR recorders so you won't miss your favorite shows while enjoying all that Mission Beach has to offer. Within the dinning area there is seating for 12 people and the three bedrooms and sleeper sofa allow for the sleeping of 11 people comfortably.

Master Bedroom - one Cal King, plus a Day Bed with Trundle Bed (two Twins)
Second Bedroom - one Queen
Third Bedroom - Bunk Bed (one Full one Twin)
Living Room - Full Size Convertible Sofa

Please note that you must pass through the Master to access the Third Bedroom, which shares a common ocean view patio with the Master.

Three beautiful patios areas have plenty of lounging areas to enjoy the beach air and sun. The top two decks of this beautiful home overlook Mission Bay to the east, the Jetty to the South, and Ocean Beach to the West. The garden patio on the ground floor has a grill and two picnic areas. The 2nd floor balcony attaches to the master suite and third bedroom, and the very large rooftop deck allows for seating of 10+ people and features a firetable.

South Mission Bay offers a beautiful un-crowded white sand beach ideal for families with young children. Our home is steps to Mission Point Park, which features a playground for the kids, picnic tables, and grassy areas for bocce ball, horseshoes, or walking your dog.

On the ocean side, South Mission Beach offers aspiring surfers and boogie boarders with a good beach break under the watchful eyes of the lifeguards at the South Mission Beach Lifeguard station. This is also the location of world famous volleyball courts where many tournaments are held. Beach-side and Bay-side walk ways offer miles of jogging, biking, walking, or skating pleasure. 

This home comes with a parking space for one car, and there is a large free lot at nearby Mission Point Park and street parking if you require additional parking. We provide plenty of beach toys, a boogie board, and much more! Why pay for equipment rentals when we provide it all for you? Plus, the outdoor shower lets you leave the sand outdoors and easily wash all beach toys. 

The stunning location allows for the enjoyment of Sea World's fire works in the summer as well as the ease and access to all of San Diego’s other beautiful sights and events. Welcome home!
We adore this location with the perfect mixture of liveliness of nearby Pacific Beach and the quiet escape of the beautiful Mission Bay. Everything is within reach but the sanctity of an escape awaits just behind our doors. 

The secluded rooftop deck overlooks the beautiful Mission Bay and has the perfect view of Ocean Beach's 'Dog Beach' across the jetty. 

This is a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation with the fun and excitement within reach.  Quiet hours are after 10pm in which all must be off the rooftop and doors and windows closed if the fun is brought inside.  Our neighborhood echoes and we respect all of our neighboring tenants. Parties or events are not allowed. Smoking on the property is not permitted. We have a strict no pet policy.
