Please note that we require a 4 night minimum for weekends (1 night minimum stay is fine for weekdays) unless there is a last minute vacancy. We have one week minimums, Saturday - Saturday, June 24 through August 19. Thanksgiving and Winter Holidays are also one week minimums.

Completely renovated in February 2015! Beautiful upgraded kitchen and bathroom, tiled floor, and new appliances.
On the very tip of South Mission Beach, our home has beautiful water views in three directions. The bay, the ocean, and the jetty provide the best views in San Diego. This is a two-bedroom bottom unit within a duplex. This home is not your typical rental with bare walls and stiff sheets; it welcomes its visitors with all the luxuries and amenities of vacationing within their own home. The home includes two bedrooms and one full bathroom. We have a television with cable and Internet as well as a DVR recorder so you won't miss your favorite shows while enjoying all that Mission Beach has to offer.
Within the dinning area there is seating for four to six people. There is sleeping for 6 people comfortably in the two bedrooms plus sleeper sofa in the living room.

The beautiful garden patio has plenty of lounging area to enjoy the beach air and sun. It has a grill and a picnic area for a mid-day lunch or a summer evening barbeque.
South Mission Bay offers a beautiful un-crowded white sand beach ideal for families with young children. Our home is steps to Mission Point Park, which features a playground for the kids, picnic tables, and grassy areas for bocce ball, horseshoes, or walking your dog.
On the ocean side, South Mission Beach offers aspiring surfers and boogie boarders with a good beach break under the watchful eyes of the lifeguards at the South Mission Beach Lifeguard station. This is also the location of world famous volleyball courts where many tournaments are held. Beach-side and Bay-side walk ways offer miles of jogging, biking, walking, or skating pleasure.
Parking at the beach is a rarity and this home comes with a garage with one parking space large enough for most cars and medium sized SUVs (but not large SUVs or trucks).
Plus, the outdoor shower lets you leave the sand outdoors and easily wash all beach toys.
The stunning location allows for the enjoyment of Sea World's fire works in the summer as well as the ease and access to all of San Diego’s other beautiful sights and events. Welcome home!
This is a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation with the fun and excitement within reach. Quiet hours are after 10pm in which all must be off the patios and doors and windows closed if the fun is brought inside. Our neighborhood echoes and we respect all of our neighboring tenants. Parties or events are not allowed. Smoking on the property is not permitted. We have a strict no pet policy.

The bay was a few feet away, and there's a big grassy park nearby too. We had a great time going for walks, bike rides, and hanging in the water and sand. “This is the perfect location! This area was very quite and relaxing. Mission Bay was right next to the house, and the jetty and ocean are all right there too. We really enjoyed all of the walking paths, it is such a beautiful place. The house was clean and comfy, beds were nice and the den area was perfect for the kids. Patio with BBQ was also very nice. We will definitely be coming back!"

Comfortable and clean
“This home was perfect. Having never been to San Diego it was very helpful to have the owners send us great recommendations on food and fun. We truly wouldn't have needed to leave the area with the beach and bay so close but we enjoyed Sea World for a day and other attractions that were close by like Bellmont Park and the Aquatic Center where we rented paddle boards for an afternoon. The house was recently remodeled and very clean. It was also helpful to have access to a washer and dryer and a parking spot."
